Choosing the food menu for your trip can be overwhelming, but we’ve simplified it with great options. After your first night, meals are freeze-dried or shelf-stable, requiring no refrigeration and minimal preparation. Most meals can be made by adding hot water to the pouch, though using a pot or pan often yields better results. Keep in mind pack weight and bulk: the more food you bring, the more you’ll need to carry and store. Be realistic with your group about meal prep time and energy when making choices and limit or maximize accordingly.

*We do our best to match all menu requests chosen. There are times where certain items are out of stock from our supplier and substitutions must be made. When this occurs we will make substitutions based on your other preferences.
*We are unable to accommodate guests with food allergies with our outfitting packages as we can not confidently guarantee the absence of allergens from our suppliers. If a member of your group has food allergies, we can try to work with them individually to have them select food items from our supplier(s) website that they can select and approve for their own food safety but cannot guarantee availability.
