Ultralight Wilderness Canoe Outfitting

The Boundary Waters and Quetico Park are limited access requiring a permit for which there is a small fee. We will obtain the permit after discussing the trip options you prefer. Our Ultralight Wilderness Package includes excellent equipment in top notch condition and outstanding menu choices. All chosen for suitability to canoe / camping in the boundary waters wilderness.

Bring your own:

  • sleeping bag deduct $1.50/day
  • tent deduct $3.50/person/day.
  • 20% Discount for children under 12 with two adult rates.
  • Trips completed by June 15, deduct 10%.
  • Trips begun after September 14, deduct 10%.
  • 10 % Discount for groups of 7 or more people.
  • For not-for-profit groups please request our group rates.
  • Rates area subject to change without notice.
  • 7.5% state tax and 3% county tax.




CANOE GUEST - LODGING OPTIONS

Normally our guests stay with us the night before their trip. In the morning we review all the gear, including tents stoves, rainfly set-up, cook kit, and food supply in our Outfitting Building. After a hearty breakfast in our historic lodge dining room we spend as much time as you need to orient you to your map of your planned trip.

IMPORTANT: YOUR GROUP WILL BE THE ONLY PARTY IN WHATEVER LODGING SPACE YOU CHOOSE

BUNKHOUSE: sleeps 14 maximum; includes indoor plumbing with toilet, sink, and 2 private showers. $18.00 - $22.00/per person.
